The Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel

“is a truly spectacular place in which to marry the love of your life. Nestled among beautiful pines and majestic oaks, this one-of-a-kind chapel is a blend of ancient and modern architecture. It draws inspiration from the enormous Gothic cathedrals of the Middle Ages but instead of stone it was built with 31 tons of steel and 4,460 square feet of glass. The stunning chapel is constructed around 15 main 50-foot arches, each of which contains three or four Gothic arches, which together create an awe-inspiring work of architecture. Your ceremony here will be out of a fairytale as you exchange your vows in this enchanting, wooded, hilltop setting. With room for 120 guests, this beautiful chapel is the perfect place to gather your loved ones to watch you say, “I do.” Your wedding ceremony is sure to be a dream come true in the unique and picturesque Mildred B. Policies

  • No Drones on Property

  • No Rented Candelabras

  • No Balloons Inside Chapel

  • No Standing on Pews/Walls or Wall Ledges

  • Battery Operated Candles Only in Guest Area

  • No Smoking, Vaping, Food or Alcohol on Property

  • No Decorations Requiring Tacks/Nails/Adhesions

  • No Real Flower Petals Dropped or Tossed (inside/outside)

  • No Rice, Birdseed, Confetti, Sparklers, or Fireworks (inside/outside)

Our restrictions help us in maintaining
the Chapel, grounds, and safety of our guests.

Packages

  • $300/hr

    This package includes ALL listed amenities plus the use of Chapel podium. Chapel Staff will meet with leasee PRIOR to service to determine sound requirements and details needed for set up. Staff will be responsible for ALL amenity set up including the sound system and mics. Private Event Signs will be posted at the entrance and along path.

  • $300 - Small Elopements

    This package is for small budget friendly ceremonies and is limited to 10 or fewer guests (including the couple). Officiant, Photographer, Wedding Planner not included in count. NO amenities are included (Chapel office for dressing, rehearsal, sound system, and candlestands.)

    Full payment due seven days from making reservation.

  • $1000 - 2 hr. Wedding + 1 hr. Rehearsal

    This package includes ALL listed amenities. Chapel Event Staff will be present during both rehearsal and ceremony. They will act as Chapel liaison and be responsible for ALL Chapel provided amenity set-up including the sound system and mics. Private Event Signs will be posted at entrance and along the path.

    As a courtesy the Chapel office is available 15 minutes prior to your scheduled private time for brides to dress. It can also be used as a holding area for attendants during guest arrival and seating for the ceremony.

    Couple must provide their own officiant, photographers, videographers, florist, live musicians, sound technician, rehearsal/wedding coordinator (director,) and reception site.
